Participation in martial arts, fitness training, and related activities involves inherent physical risks, including the risk of injury.

By participating, you confirm that:

  • You are medically fit to train or have consulted a healthcare professional

  • You will inform staff of any relevant injuries or medical conditions

  • You train at your own risk

Outcast Academy is not responsible for injuries sustained except where caused by proven negligence.

Recovery and Therapy Services (If Applicable)

If you use recovery or therapy-related services:

  • You confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete

  • Services do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment

  • You follow all guidance provided by staff

Personal Belongings

  • Personal belongings are brought onto the premises at your own risk.

  • Outcast Academy is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

Conduct and Behaviour

We expect all members and visitors to:

  • Maintain appropriate hygiene and attire
