You won't find any better places. On-site gym facilities, a wide range of BJJ/striking/MMA classes, sauna, ice bath, physiotherapy services, meal prep and the friendliest bunch to train with.

Outcast Academy is an amazing place to train! The location is very convenient and the atmosphere is welcoming from the very beginning. The coaches are professional, passionate, and great at working with both kids and adults. My son trains jiu-jitsu and MMA here, and I can see huge progress as well as his joy after every class. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great martial arts academy!

Pressure is agreed with you. Expect firm but manageable work, never pain you cannot relax through.

30 minutes for one or two key areas. 60 minutes for full-body reset or comp prep.

Every 2 to 4 weeks works for most people. Increase frequency around heavy training blocks.

Yes. Avoid max-intensity lifting immediately after deeper work. Light drilling or mobility is fine.

Gym shorts and a loose top. We use towels for modesty and comfort.

Tell us first. We can coordinate with physio guidelines and adapt pressure and positions.
