Inductions, Technique Checks And Plans

Book a gym induction if you are new, or a technique check if you want sharper squats, deadlifts and pressing. We can build a 4 to 8 week strength plan that fits your class schedule and recovery. Pair with personal training for deeper coaching.

You won't find any better places. On-site gym facilities, a wide range of BJJ/striking/MMA classes, sauna, ice bath, physiotherapy services, meal prep and the friendliest bunch to train with.

Outcast Academy is an amazing place to train! The location is very convenient and the atmosphere is welcoming from the very beginning. The coaches are professional, passionate, and great at working with both kids and adults. My son trains jiu-jitsu and MMA here, and I can see huge progress as well as his joy after every class. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great martial arts academy!

Yes. We offer technique support and simple templates so you can lift safely.

We can provide a template or you can follow your own. PT is available if you want a plan.

Not if you manage volume. We use sensible loads, smart accessories and recovery so you feel fresher for the mats.

Flat shoes or lifters, water and a small towel. Belts and straps are optional.

Yes. Be mindful of space and share equipment during busy times.
