Yes. Start with MMA Fundamentals. Coaching is step by step with controlled intensity.
No. Beginners focus on technique and positional work first. Sparring is optional and always coached.
For trials, sportswear and water are fine. Regulars use mouthguard, hand wraps, gloves, shin guards for striking and a rashguard shorts combo.
