If you have cardiovascular concerns, high blood pressure, are pregnant, or take prescription medication, speak to your GP first. Enter and exit slowly, breathe through your nose, and avoid holding your breath in cold water. Stop if you feel lightheaded. Our team is nearby to help and answer questions.

Outcast Academy is an amazing place to train! The location is very convenient and the atmosphere is welcoming from the very beginning.
